Administration will use the teacher’s prior year Charlotte Danielson Teacher Summative Evaluation for teachers with one or more years at RISE. For first-year RISE teachers, an equivalent evaluation based on the Charlotte Danielson framework will be used from the beginning of the fiscal year through April 1 of the fiscal year.
